There have been numerous posters released for this movie. This design is far and away the most creative. The movie poster comes to us from Australia which was apparently designed "down under". The lead actress, Charlotte Gainesbourg winning the "Best Actress" award at Cannes this year for her performance. Despite that Lars Van Trier ("Dogville" and "Dancer in the Dark") managed to create a minor furor at the festival by alienating half the people at the screening who thought the content was over the top. It will be interesting to see how North American audiences react to the film when it is released on October 29th, 2009.
