Thankfully the new movie poster for Tyler’s Perry’s upcoming release "I Can Do Bad All By Myself" doesn’t have the ubiquitous character "Madea" on it. The movie poster does however have an image of Oscar nominee Taraji P. Henson embedded in a yellow rose. Cool design. Somewhat similar in design for of the movie posters from an earlier Tyler Perry film "Diary of a Mad Black Woman".
And what exactly is wrong with Madea? I love that character! I have just begun watching Tyler Perry movies, and I thoroughly enjoy Madea. I like the way he mixes real life situations, such as spouse abuse (Madea's Family Reunion) with comedy. You get the best of both worlds.
